Morning Lingcod Hunt (Shared)

For ages 10+ • 5 Hours• Lingcod Fishing in the Puget Sound

Join us for an action-packed Lingcod Fishing Adventure in the Puget Sound.

These fish are some of the most exciting predators in our waters. The Ling Cod are hard hitters, powerful fighters, and absolutely perfect for fish and chips. And yes, you can catch monsters lurking deep in the rocky structure.

Your trip starts with a fun stop to catch live bait, one of the most interactive and entertaining parts of the day. Once the bait tank is full, Captain Kyle will take you to his top lingcod spots and give a quick tutorial before lines hit the water. He’ll help with baiting, untangling lines, swapping hooks, and sharing tips to keep everyone dialed in and fishing successfully.

Early May often brings excellent opportunity for larger lingcod as the season kicks off and the fish are fresh, strong, and active. As the month continues, we continue to see great action across our spots with a mix of sizes and steady fishing throughout May. No matter when you join us, every trip offers a real chance to connect with quality Puget Sound lingcod.

Throughout the trip, Captain Kyle will move strategically based on tide, current, and fish activity to keep the action going. It’s a thrilling, hands-on fishing experience that brings out excitement in both beginners and seasoned anglers alike.

First Light Morning Salmon Charter (Shared)

For ages 10+ • 5 Hours• Salmon Fishing in the Puget Sound Start Time: 5:30am

Join us for a Salmon Fishing trip in the Puget Sound!

This 5-hour salmon fishing trip is designed for those who want to do more than just ride along. Departing at daybreak, we target salmon when they're most active—taking advantage of early light, tide shifts, and ideal feeding conditions in the Puget Sound.

Whether you're a seasoned angler or building on your experience, this trip gives you the time and opportunity to go deeper: more casts, more movement, more strategy.

About

Everyone in the party will board the boat and prepare everyone to cruise out into the Puget Sound.

Once Captain Kyle has reached the first destination, he will do a brief tutorial on how to fish and he will provide services during each cast and catch (ie. putting bait on, untangling lines, changing hooks, and other services to improve chances to catch a fish). He will also offer assistance throughout the day with tips and tricks for hooking up a fish. Captain Kyle will decide strategically to move to a different spot depending on the time, tide, and number of fish caught.

This trip will qualify for Tengu Charter's prize if they catch the biggest salmon of the year. The prize will be 1 free salmon afternoon trip with one additional person of your choosing the following year (expires at the end of the following year).
